Klarna med ny, smartere prissammenligningstjeneste og automatisk rabatt-søk

Nå har den nye og kraftig forbedrede prissammenligningstjenesten Prisguiden flyttet inn på Klarna.no, og vil fortløpende bli tilgjengelig i Klarna-appen for flere og flere brukere de neste dagene.

Det betyr at det blir enda enklere for Klarnas mange brukere, inklusive de over 900 000 månedlige norske brukerne av appen deres, å finne laveste pris, sjekke prisutviklingen på et produkt over tid, finne hvem som har produktet inne og få varsel når prisene synker – alt på ett sted.

I tillegg til å sammenligne priser, gir den nye tjenesten en rekke muligheter for forskjellig type søk i et stort antall nettbutikker. Appen vil også automatisk søke etter rabattkuponger for deg – alt for å gjøre dine kjøp både smartere, mer bevisste og billigere. Tjenesten, som selvsagt er helt upartisk og gir deg priser og annen verdifull informasjon – helt uavhengig av om butikkene bruker Klarna eller ikke, er også tilgjengelig på Klarna.no.

– Vi er veldig fornøyde med å lansere dette ekstremt verdifulle, helt uavhengige og gode verktøyet for prissammenligning i appen vår og på Klarna.no. Det gjør at Klarnas kunder nå for alvor kan spare tid og penger på shopping. De kan finne produkter, sjekke priser, lese kundeanmeldelser, tester, få inspirasjon, og samtidig ha full kontroll på eget forbruk på ett og samme sted. Dette vet vi at både nåværende og nye Klarna-kunder setter stor pris på, sier markedsdirektør i Klarna Norge, Thomas Elvestad.

Det nye verktøyet gir også forbrukerne full oversikt over prisutviklingen på konkrete produkter for å finne det gunstigste tidspunktet å slå til på. Her vil du også få prisvarsel, når prisene på et ønsket produkt faller i pris, og andre kunders produktvurderinger.

Stor interesse for smart shopping og å sjekke priser

Ifølge en stor representativ internasjonal undersøkelse* Klarna har fått utført i 17 vestlige markeder, oppgir hele 57 prosent av nordmenn at de vanligvis sammenligner pris i forskjellige butikker før de handler. Ytterligere 39 % oppgir at de gjør dette innimellom.

Det nordmenn er mest opptatt av å sammenligne mellom butikker er pris (90 %), kundevurderinger/ tester (57 %), leveringskostnader (56 %) og om produktet er tilgjengelig (51 %).

Øker antall prisovervåkede produkter kraftig til over 2 millioner

Den nye tjenesten som nå lanseres i Norge, er et resultat av Klarnas største oppkjøp noensinne. I 2021 kjøpte de Pricerunner, som eide den populære norske prissammenligningstjenesten Prisguiden.no. Per i dag har de nærmere en halv million registrerte brukere. I tillegg kommer alle de som bruker tjenesten uten å være registrerte. Når nå Prisguiden.no stenges og flytter inn i Klarnas app og på Klarna.no, økes antall produkter som kan prissjekkes kraftig – til rundt 2 millioner produkter.    

Flere nye funksjoner for smart og billig shopping

Klarna har allerede lansert tjenesten i USA, Sverige, Storbritannia, Danmark og Tyskland. Nå kan også nordmenn bruke de smarte shopping-verktøyene. Den nye Klarna-tjenesten tar i bruk alt det gode fra Prisguiden.no, og legger til flere nye funksjoner for smart og billig shopping:

  • Du kan søke på kategori, varemerke, og sortere på pris og tilgjengelighet, eller bare søke i bestemte nettbutikker.
  • Du kan filtrere søket – på hvem som har produktet inne, hvem som kan levere først, eller på farge, størrelse og lignende.
  • Klarna sender deg også pushvarsel på mobilen når et produkt du ønsker å bli varslet om, blir billigere.

Søkeresultatene er selvsagt nøytrale og helt upartiske i forhold til de forskjellige butikkene. De mange nettbutikkene hvor produktene prissjekkes, er både butikker tilknyttet Klarna, og andre nettbutikker uten noe som helst tilknytning til Klarna. 

En fordelaktig salgskanal for nettbutikkene
For butikkene blir også det nye prissammenligningsverktøyet en viktig salgskanal som bidrar til å øke deres synlighet, trafikk og salg. Verktøyet gir butikkene et kvalifisert alternativ til Google og Amazon når det kommer til å få lokal trafikk til sine nettbutikker. Det bidrar også til å gi Klarna en ny og viktig inntektsstrøm. Dette bygger på deres allerede sterke affiliate- markedsføringsvirksomhet som generer 600 millioner leads per år for Klarnas detaljhandelspartnere.

* Klarnas Shopping Pulse, som oppdateres kvartalsvis, undersøker kontinuerlig utviklingen av forbrukernes shoppingvaner i 17 land på tre kontinenter. Den siste oppdateringen fra Q1 2023 inneholder innsikt fra en undersøkelse med 17 218 respondenter (1013 nordmenn), samt Klarnas egen shoppingdata fra mer enn 500 000 nettbutikker i hele verden. Landene som inngår i undersøkelsen er Norge, Sverige, Finland, USA, Australia, Storbritannia, Irland, Tyskland, Østerrike, Nederland, Belgia, Frankrike, Italia, New Zealand, Polen, Portugal og Spania.
